Export Controls

 MX Combinator is committed to full compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations. We recognize the importance of these controls in maintaining national security and furthering U.S. foreign policy objectives. As such, all MX Combinator employees are bound by numerous regulations, including but not limited to, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).


Policy: MX Combinator carefully qualifies and verifies all customers and appropriately classifies products and licenses exports as required to comply with these laws. We maintain a comprehensive Export Compliance Manual that outlines our policies and procedures in detail.


Training: During the onboarding process and annually thereafter, all employees will receive Export Control training to ensure proper understanding of and compliance with the broad requirements of our program. Employees with responsibilities directly or indirectly related to exporting products will receive additional job-specific training on their particular responsibilities related to export compliance.


Compliance Requirements: No employee is allowed to engage in export activities without full compliance with the MX Combinator Export Compliance Manual. This manual provides detailed guidance on:

  1. Product classification
  2. Customer screening
  3. License determination and application
  4. Record keeping
  5. Reporting requirements


Violations & Consequences: Any employee knowingly engaging in activity that circumvents MX Combinator's export controls will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Violators may also face criminal prosecution under the ITAR and the EAR, which can result in severe penalties including fines and imprisonment.


Reporting Concerns: Employees who have concerns about potential violations of export control laws or our Export Compliance Manual should immediately report these concerns to the Export Compliance Officer or through our confidential reporting hotline.


MX Combinator is committed to maintaining the highest standards of export compliance. We regularly review and update our export control policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Reporting Procedure Employees who experience or witness any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation should immediately report it to their supervisor or the Human Resources department. All reports will be promptly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken.
  2. Training and Education We provide regular training to all employees on our non-discrimination and non-retaliation policies and procedures.
  3. Compliance with Laws This policy complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
